Support payments to Bible Grow are voluntary contributions that support the operation, development, maintenance, security, accessibility, educational resources, and community services of the Platform.

A support payment does not unlock features or purchase ownership, governance rights, editorial influence, guaranteed services, spiritual benefit, or preferential treatment.

Payments are processed through available payment providers. Bible Grow maintains transaction and accounting records as required by law. Provider fees, exchange rates, taxes, and settlement rules may apply.

Refund requests are considered according to applicable law, the circumstances of the transaction, and payment-provider rules. Users should report unauthorized or mistaken transactions promptly.

Etara Innovations Limited is a commercial company, not a charity, nonprofit, or church. Support payments are not represented as tax-deductible. Bible Grow uses support funds for its mission and legitimate organizational costs. Fraudulent fundraising or impersonation of Bible Grow is prohibited.
